Hi All!

My shoulders and biceps are killing me from adding 3lbs (3lbs!) to my 10 mins fit board. I think I will do every other day for a while.

I did not meet all my goals yesterday due to poor planning. E picked me up from my parents and we went to get dinner. All well and good. He won the first game of cards but I won the second.

But I ate, so I couldn't exercise. :-) No bowflex or lamp building for me. I wasn't about to exercise at 10PM. I was in bed by 10PM!

I am going to try to do yoga tomorrow morning, so I can just go home after work to build a lamp so I can bowflex. I am having lunch w a friend on Thursday so I will have more than 3 hours to digest before exercise time.

Tonight is a movie & dinner with the kids. Meal is already planned and accounted for.

FYI: My SIL is leaving her husband. She is moving into an apartment in her Dad's building. Yay!

Thankful:
Coffee day! I get coffee today!

Goals:
Fit Board on lunch, have fun with the kids and E. Yoga in the morning

Positive Thoughts:
There will be bowflexing in my future. I did not pay $0 for it to be exercise art. (giggle)

OMAD was rocking! The chicken and zucchini was even better second day. I scarfed down the popcorn like a crazy person, but all is good.

E is slightly moody with some job stress from being busy. I am being patient because my busy season starts very soon too. He gets snappy when he is moody, which makes me grrrr. I always say to him - I control the family rage, so I expect you to control the family snap/yell. He tries and that is all I can ask.

I did not wash the floors. He did not want to sweep. Maybe tonight. Mr Cordey (our robot vacuum) did his thing in the library. So, one quarter of the house looks good. LOL

Today is sister day and E and I are going out to dinner somewhere. I will run some calories numbers to figure out where I want to go...Nachos and soup might win.

Oh, and I added 3lb weights to my 10 mins fit board session. It is taking my breath away. :-)

Thankful:
E & I are not so broke anymore that we can afford getting dinner when we want to again. The first years of a mortgage can be brutal.

Goals:
Fit Board on lunch, put the new basement lamp together and bow flex tonight. Clean the stairs

Positive Thoughts:
I have made exercise a habit. And it feels good!

Sat's party was quite fun except my new oven would not heat up. I found this out after I already made the brownie batter. The electric company was at my house Friday and my friend did not open the door when they knocked. I do not know what they did to break Stovbadiah, but I feel he might be really sad.

We stayed at the party for about 6 hours and then went to see Hobbs & Shaw. Fun day.

Yesterday was a very relaxing Sunday. E and I played Diablo 3 all day, and every hour or so we would clean for 20 mins or so and I would do some laundry. The house is back on point except the floors.

E will be working at home this evening so I will vacuum and wash the floors by myself tonight. Which goes against all I stand for! LOL I only clean when we clean together so I won't resent him, but flexibility is good for the soul. & he is is working, not having fun, so, it is all good.

Last nights' OMAD was garden (not mine) zucchini, chicken and tortellini. Very yum. I could not finish it. Tonight I will finish the zucchini & chicken, but over basmati rice. Because, of course, I finished my tortellini. :-)

Thankful:
Quiet days, & having fun at home are my favorite days.

Goal:
Fit board on lunch, finish up the house. Read. :-)

Positive Thoughts:
I love my life.
