TGIF!

I am in a good mood lollipop! Another 1.2 down. 57.2 overall and 47.2 since 4/1/2019. That makes for a good day! I am at my lowest weight in 6 years! The last time I was in Onederland was Oct-Dec 2012, before that maybe 2008.

My spreadsheet says I will reach Onederland by Valentine's Day. (Just in time to lose it with a big dinner LOL).

Once Budget is done in two weeks, I can add exercise back in....maybe Onederland by Dec? If it happens, YAY! If not, still YAY because I will be lower than today. :-) Right now my spreadsheet says 1lb a week. 2lbs meets the Dec goal.

Either way: I need some new clothes because everything is getting too big. Awwww Shucks!

Thankful:
I love being proud of myself, as I show determination and gumption. I changed my relationship with food. I sparkle now like a bedazzled unicorn. And I love it.

Goals:
Double down on the laughing, kissing, & celebrating. Fun weekend ahead. :-) Anniversary!

Since I can't exercise, I threw in an extended fast.

I did it all for the deficit! Come on! The deficit! 😁🎶🎵😁

Today is my Spike day, because E & I took a day out of work to celebrate our 16/18 Anniversary which is actually September 8th. We started living together on the first date, which is also our marriage anniversary two years later. Convenient!

We are going to explore Jamestown RI, maybe go to a movie and get some eats. Probably read for me and draw for him at one point. Holding hands and listening to some good tunes might be on the agenda too. 😁

Damn, I need this day.

Thankful:
Magical first dates that never end

Goals:
Don't fall, don't get a sunburn, laugh, kiss, & celebrate.

Positive Thoughts:
4 lbs to go for my 220 lbs weigh in on my docs 10/4/2019 deadline. Holy something or other, I totally got this! So happy!

Still here. Still tracking.

It's budget season at work, so I am super busy. When I finally get home, I need to decompress so no phone or computer.

I miss you guys.

I quickly peak at you all, but not consistently. I know I am missing a lot.

I only lost .6 last week, and I am ok with that. I knew I would slow down once I couldn't exercise. I will get it back.

I miss you guys.

Thankful:
I discovered I like black coffee. I am not supposed to have it, but it is better than stress eating, which is what I did every season on the prior 16 years. I call that a win. :-)

Daily Goals:
Self Care. Read if I need to read, walk if I need to walk, babble if I need to babble, stretch if I need to stretch. 3 more weeks to go!

Positive Thoughts:
100 mil personnel budget...I got that on lock. My numbers be golden! I am smart and very capable. I have a great family, great coworkers, and great friends for a support network. I got this!
