Diet is going great! pretty much on track! didnt lose my targeted 5 lbs last week but i'll be sure to pick it up this week! Im at 281.8 and i want to be 276.0 by next saturday! Didnt record things in my diet calendar this weekend bc i was afraid to see how horrible i did :/. But im going to keep going strong! 31.8 lbs to go!!

Reasonably happy with the weight in results! Next sunday night i want 282.0! With starting my job that will have me pretty active, so it shouldnt be too hard! Also with me having to be there at 7am, I am going to have to cut my morning jog back to maybe a mile or so. Oh yea, went to moms house today, and I pigged out a bit. Other than that, GREAT 1ST WEEK!! 37.4 lbs to go!!

Found out yesterday that i cant control my eating when it comes to foods and drinks in large bags! So no more big bag of baked chips (telling myself im discipline enough to divide them up) or gallon green tea jugs.....from now on small bags! Also i've been taking baby steps to cheese out of my diet as well...(i really like cheese :(...) The morning jog/brisk walk went well! bought my girlfriend with me which helps me keep up my pace!
