Good job not quiting! Just keep working at it. Your body will change and adapt to your activity. I thought I was going to die the first week. I live in southern Cal. The "high desert" If I don't get out there befor 7 am, it's already 90. After being on the program 5 wks, I feel great and the heat doesn't feel so bad now. When I get up late, I bring water with me. There's a 5k muddy run event aug 27 near where I live. Can't wait! You can jog or walk so there's no pressure.
