Switched to a low-fat vegetarian diet 1 week ago, after realizing that despite 3 separate weight loss attempts, I didn't have any net loss for the entire year. Already feeling much better--not tired/sluggish, no blood sugar swings, no headaches, no post-lunch comas. Am reading "Food Revolution" and researching veganism. For now, am eating a little dairy....may phase it out eventually.
