HELP!!!!!!!!! After losing 100+ lbs has anyone else had happy/sad depressed moods????
It could be bipolar, or just a situational phase you're going through. Have you thought about wild swings in blood sugar? You could buy a blood glucose meter and check your sugar during those hazy times--it may be low, explaining the behavior. Normal is 70-110, but if your body is used to a high blood sugar, "normal" can feel "low"
