I am 33 years old. I am married with 2 kids (8yr old girl and 1 yr old boy). I have battled my weight most of my life. I lost weight after the birth of my daughter and kept it off for 2 years and then it slowly came back on. I am at my highest non pregnancy weight right now. I am pre diabetic so its not just about loosing weight but about developing healthly eating habits for me and to pass on to my family.
