I am a 57 year old male just trying to be the best "me" I can be. I truly enjoy running, cycling, working out, and took swimming lessons not too long ago. I trained for and completed my first, and only thus far, sprint triathlon in 2011. Then the divorce (unfortunately), and living off my memories of being fit and in shape for the past couple of years. But hey, it is almost a NEW YEAR and I am ready to get moving again! I know what it is to be in the best of shape and most recently...just plain out of shape. I am ready once again. Here I go!!!
