Reached the 180's and staying their consistantly. Plan for this to be good bye to the 190s for good! Water, water, water. Watching carbs, drinking Herbalife shakes for quick meals in morning and lunch and eating sensible dinners.

Kept myself busy with house projects this weekend so would avoid the munchies. Got mud/utility room completely clean including closets/storage. Have 4 lawn bags to go to Goodwill just that room. Figure if didn't remember it was even in there, don't need! Somedays I think 1000 sq foot house with not storage is better than my 2800 sq ft with tons of storage and closet areas. It becomes out of sight, out of mind way to easy.

Now to focus on this week ahead. Got up and did a mile jog and 5 minutes yoga to stretch out my muscles which are sore from the past 2 days of 30-day Shred. My Sister-in-law and I have challenged each other to 30 days in September, 30-day Shred. Somehow, someway we have to find 30 minutes to get the workout in, within our busy work/home schedules. We are committed to pushing each other and setting up new challenge among ourselves each month. Our goal is to start the new year on the right track!!!

Happy Labor Day everyone. No 3-day weekend for me, we are working at the Texas A&M and my kids are at school today as well! Just a normal day!
