Starting diet over.. going with the Atkins. It worked great 4 years ago for me. Last year I started the South beach , for about 3 months but I didn't see results. So, I'm back! I found this site looking for some low carb atkins recipes.
Hubby and I live in Florida, for 5 years. Originally from Michigan and Northern Ohio. We both really miss the seasons up north! We are bikers in our 40's, love our 3 bad dogs, and spend most of our time working.
Oh ya, and he's on the Atkins along with me also.

lime
does anyone have a way to make something out of lime jello that resembles key lime pie minus the crust? I was just checking before I throw a concoction together in the kitchen. I'm limited to whats in my fridge today , I have sour cream, cream cheese, and cottage cheese.. to add to my lime jello.

New to the site...old to dieting
Hi, good luck with your diet! My tip for getting in an exercise routine is to make yourself do it the first day.. it doesnt have to be long or strenuous..the first day is always the worst.. then each day gradually increase your time there.. you will find ( or I did at least) that the longer I did it , each day I could do it longer, and more strenuous. after about a week or 2, I had it fit into my routine, and it was not so hard, and I actually didnt dread it. I went from 10 min a day on my gazelle up to a mile a day. within a few months. good luck!
