Vegan ecouragment
I'm once again starting a vegan diet, In the past I have had some good success with it, so I'm trying it again though revamping it. I'm trying to stay away from any food that is processed and trying to stick to things that are either all natural or I prepare myself. I'm looking for any good tips or encouraging ideas from people who have been or are currently vegan, What have your successes been like? your down falls? I know that protein and calcium are vital and I do have alternate sources for both. Are there any good natural vegan foods/recipes you would recommend?

Ready to lose it!
Having workout equipment is such a great thing for convenience, but its easy to find excuses to stop early and go lay in bed and watch tv or play video games. I usually get sucked in to tv/internet/games and never wanna leave my bed but what I've started doing is whenever I want to watch a show I'm in to, I have to do it on my treadmill, not always anything crazy, sometimes just walking. you hardly realize it once you get going. Just a tip of something that works for me. Once again good luck!
