I am not on a diet cause I have had some stomach issues since coming back to America from my stay in South Korea. I have realized I probably should be on a diet though. I ran into an old friend yesterday and she has lost 70 lbs. since I saw her last August!!!!!! 70 lbs!!!!!!! Bloody hell, I can't even lose 5lbs. I feel like a $@%! loser, big time. Worse than a loser. I nasty fat blob of toxic waste. I feel disgusting and fatty fat fat. My legs are like cottage cheese in a garbage bag and my stomach is like i 10 gallon bucket of lard shoved into a ziploc bag. I wanna frickin' die so frickin' bad sometimes. I am not in the mood to get enthusiastic about this diet crap right now. Just let me die fat and alone, please!

I pretty much assume my weight will never EVER drop under 150. I have been sick for weeks now, hardly able to eat and my weight has not dropped a bit. Whatever. I am over it. I look OK.

I have no clue what I weigh since I have been in Korea and am scale-less. Ha ha. It is probably not good.... The food here is delicious!

My weight seems to have plateaued off for now. Right now, I don't have much spare effort to give up to obsessing over dieting and exercise so I am going to have to be cool with staying steady for now. Better than gaining it all back!

I portioned out this week's groceries today so that I will not eat the entire week's food the first day and then starve the rest of the week.
Portioned out foods:
1.25 cups cereal-220 calories
1 cup skim milk- 80 cal.
V-8- 30 cal.
apple- 70 cal.
1 cup grapes-70 cal.
carrots/celery-50 cal.
2 low cal string cheese-100 cal.
1/5 bar fat-free cream cheese-50 cal.
low fat Triscuts-200 cal.
3 hard boiled eggs (whites only)-60 cal.
AND MY WEAKNESS..... Big portion so that I can pig out!!!
Chex Mix- 400 cal.
I am a second shift worker so most of my foods are pack up and go items. I get soooo hungry for REAL FOOD by 10 or 11 p.m. when I get home, so it is hard for me to not eat after 9 p.m. like a normal person. Also, it is difficult for me to get much protein, seeing as meat is hard to cook in a microwave at work and often tastes nasty to be re-heated. Same goes for green veggies- no matter how good the broccoli or asparagus I cook for work tastes before work, by the time I get to it, it tastes like nuked plastic. Ick!!!
Well, I am never going to give up so lets pray this is the week I can get past 150 lbs.
