46 Year old female. Going through menopause the last few years. I have been up to this weight one time previously about a year ago or so when I was in the throes of exiting a horrible relationship. My past all time high was 125 lbs.
Single for a year now - it will be a year March 9th to be exact, I wonder what's doing it now. Probably the stressful job that keeps me planted in my seat all day and then I indulge in the wrong things when I come home and watch tv.
I have tried to enlist friend(s) dare I call them that, but no one seems to socialize anymore let alone want to exercise with you.
I try to ride my bike - 10 to 12 miles during the week/weekend - and I know I need to go to the gym. I also need to come up with better coping mechanisms.
