i slacked off of my diet and exercise for a whole week and i feel crappy i started back up on monday working out and dieting was curiouse do i have to start from the begining again and do the induction phase again i didnt gain any weight back thank goodness but need to ;start seeing results again i do know that i sure feel alot better when i do go work out every morning when i miss a day i am very sleepy and dragging butt glad to get back on the program

ok so i only worked out on Monday and it looks like the rest of my week is booked up also so next Monday is the next time i can go to the gym I'm pretty bummed about that i haven't lost anymore weight but that's understandable i see my self slipping out of my control i know my kids always come first and with the rain i don't want to get the kids even sicker by taking them out for a walk with me my husband is working over time and when he does that i don't get the time for myself what am i to do you would think i could get 45 min to myself in a a day that's not to much to ask hell this is exactly why i have let myself go and to get so overweight

wow another 3 pounds i havent been measuring my food and have been eating very well i went to 2 workout places yesterday and totally feel the results yhanks fatsecrect
