i slacked off of my diet and exercise for a whole week and i feel crappy i started back up on monday working out and dieting was curiouse do i have to start from the begining again and do the induction phase again i didnt gain any weight back thank goodness but need to ;start seeing results again i do know that i sure feel alot better when i do go work out every morning when i miss a day i am very sleepy and dragging butt glad to get back on the program

You may want to go on Induction for at least a few days to get your body back into ketosis. This is especially true if you ate high carb foods when you slacked off. I urge you to try and stick with the plan and not eat higher carb foods. When you go in and out of ketosis repeatedly it seems to become less effective. Also, you run the risk of readdicting yourself to high carb foods and/or sugar (if that was a problem for you) anytime that you start eating them again.
