I haven't been on FatSecret or keeping track of what I have been eating in over a year. I have since gained about 18 pounds. I stopped breastfeeding last year and kept eating like I was. Now I feel like I don't have the will power that I used to have with regards to what I can/should eat and what I actually have been putting in my mouth. I started a new position at work about a year ago and we snack all the time. I snack because I am tired and try to stay awake at work. I tried cross-fit for about 6 weeks during a trial program and I felt great despite gaining 3 lbs. I did lose some inches and became stronger so the weight didn't bother me because I felt great. I couldn't continue because of time and money. I didn't have extra of either. :( I need to do something to fit into all the new pants I bought last year when I was a lot skinnier.

I am going to try FatSecret again and try to get this munching throughout the day under control. I can do this. I have done this. It is all about making good choices and making smart choices. Here we go again...Wish me luck!
