WOW I never realised how much harder it is to 'not' overeat on cold days.
Its like all my body is saying is "eat, eat, eat" and it takes all my willpower, especially on my 'fast' days, to not over eat

I have just reset my goal weight by setting the goal posts further back.
At a quick look it seems I have gained weight, but I haven't honest :P

I am not surprised there is no weight loss this time round.
Not only didn't I feel it, I have been having a few minor health issues, plus busy at work, and allowed a few 'bad' foods to creep back into my diet.
Feeling better now, and back on track :)
