This last year I have gotten back into running. I'm really enjoying it, but not seeing the weight drop like I'd like. By adding Atkins I should see results.
In November I ran my first 10k in over 5 years. I was so excited... now I am working on getting my speed down. I'm currently running an 11 minute pace and would like to see that decrease. Mini goal is 10 minute mile, and then pushing on to 9 minute mile pace. I would be thrilled to be under 10 minute mile pace by the end of the summer.
Looking for online buddies to help keep me motivated...
