I am currently the heaviest I have ever been and I am not happy about it. I weighed less when I delivered my daughters 10 years ago. Growing up and into early adulthood I was able to eat everything I wanted to and did not gain a pound, which caused me to have horrible eating habits. As I got older I gained about 10 lbs a year. I am now 32 and don't want to be uncomfortable in my own body. I stared watching my calorie intake on Jan 5, 2008. Sweets are my weakness along with bread. I am pretty sedentary in my job and at home. My family history is not good either. Diabetes & heart disease are rampid thru my family. I am planning on having another child soon, so I want to weigh less and be healthy. I am ready to do this.
