Sometimes I'm seriously scared that all my efforts are in vain..
I mean, I know that is normal that I may get fat during the diet.
Dr. Dukan himself said that it could happen for many reasons, such as the stress, the period, ecc. ecc.
The problem is when you see your best friends enjoying her ice cream, when you see your parents eating pizza or something that you adore, and you are able to say 'No, thank you.' you really feel good with yourself.
You think 'Oh my god, I did it! Food can't rule over my determination!' and you're really proud of you.
But when you finally decide to weight yourself convinced that your efforts will be awarded and you see that not only they aren't, but that you also gained weight.. you really feel bad.
I know, I know that it's not a tragedy, because I 'only' gained 0.3kg, but there are times when you feel your willpower stagger, and you need the proof that you're doing the right thing and all the sacrifices you do serve to something...
By the way, never give up, it's just a moment, it'll pass :)
I'm sorry if you're bored because of my delusional thoughts!
