Found out 1 of my medications kept me from losing weight.I cut way back on that & am taking something else in place.

I am really down,spiritually that is, I do not understand what is wrong. I eat very healthy(not perfect). I walk alot everyday(even though I have foot problems).I ought to at least lose something. It is very discouraging. Even if I lost 5 lbs.,I would feel more encouraged to try harder. My confidence & ego are really down. If I just had an answer as to what is wrong.

I am so sorry that I got off track for a year. I was reading my journal entries tonight & was shocked that when my weight was in the 120's that I thought I was so fat then. I am now 143 & sure wished I was in the 120's again. If I hadn't gained this weight,I might being good. I have fat flab above my knees. I have a hanging flabby belly. If I look like this at 140lbs.,what would I look like if I weighted more?! When I lose weight, will all this flab still be hanging? Please, someone tell me the answer to that. Something I don't understand is I have been eating healthy lately, eating alot of flaxseed & fiber, & doing alot of walking. BUT I am gaining weight, not losing. Why? Why? What am I doing wrong?

Actually I am eating healthy most of the week but I have 1 or 2 big meals & 1 snack.Also for exercise all I do is walking.At least I somewhat got a good start but I need to make it alot better.Such as 5 or 6 small healthy meals & various exercises to get a great start & also continue it that way FOREVER.Where is the time & energy?!I mostly need all this for my health(as the dr. says).Why can't I push myself to fit it all in & also not to be so lazy.
