Wow!I did not realize that I had not filled out my bio. I decided to look to see what I wrote,& it was blank. Anyway, I hate to tell my age because it sounds so old but I do not lead an old person's life. I am 56. I am 5'3". Most of my life I weighted 110-115lbs. About 6 yrs. ago,I started putting on weight from eating out. Especially from taco bell & McDonald's & late night eating at Denny's. I got up to 150lbs. Once I stopped eating out I started losing weight but got stuck at 130. Worst is how it is affecting my health. Actually the worst is the inches.At 150lbs. my waistline got to 35" & they say that is dangerous. My belly looked jelly & fat.I lost some but I still have a ways to go. After being in fit shape for about 50 years,I never expected this to happen. It is depressing to not like your body much less not love it.I hid under big clothes,which I learned later they only make you look bigger then you are.I should stop now. This bio is too long & off track.

exercising for belly
I am pleased with myself but aggravated also. I have been walking alot & using stairs every chance I get. I am pissed at myself because all this cannot help me lose my belly. I hate exercising. Is there anyway to trim your belly other then to lay on the floor? What is a fast way?

I thought I had written this already but I can't find it. Anyway, I know stevia plus is recommened, which I have, but can only find in packets. At times I need the loose stevia but can only find it as Planetary herbals stevia powder. It is stevia leaf 1/8 teaspoon(316mg). Is that ok to use also?

I read in the book that taking psyllium with certain medications is not advised, because it can inhibit the pills effectiveness. Psyllium is metamucial, right? What can you take in place of that? My medications are very important. This is important to know. I need a proper fiber for this plan plus cholesterol.I would greatly appreciate help.

finding unsweetened cranberry juice
I am having alot of trouble finding unsweetened cranberry juice. There are alot that says no sugar added. Is that the same? If not, where do I find the unsweetened kind. In a health food store? or where?
