Found out 1 of my medications kept me from losing weight.I cut way back on that & am taking something else in place.

134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 24.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.5 lb a week

Also go for a stomach operation tomorrow to remove polyps from within. I know these kept me from losing weight.Only time shall tell on that one.
