I am so sorry that I got off track for a year. I was reading my journal entries tonight & was shocked that when my weight was in the 120's that I thought I was so fat then. I am now 143 & sure wished I was in the 120's again. If I hadn't gained this weight,I might being good. I have fat flab above my knees. I have a hanging flabby belly. If I look like this at 140lbs.,what would I look like if I weighted more?! When I lose weight, will all this flab still be hanging? Please, someone tell me the answer to that. Something I don't understand is I have been eating healthy lately, eating alot of flaxseed & fiber, & doing alot of walking. BUT I am gaining weight, not losing. Why? Why? What am I doing wrong?
