Goal Number 2 - 349 pounds, 183 pounds lost, 10 months.
Thanks for posting your results. I started in Jan 2011 at 311 lbs and have lost 23lbs so far... I love motivational pics it help alot to keep going. I have just kicked up my excerise to 2-3 hrs a day. I eat 6 small meals per day watching fats and sodium intake. Also i drink lots of water about 80 oz per day. Do you have any tips for someone at my size? What is your diet plan you are using? Thanks
