Any advice appreciated.
I have been dieting for as long as I can remember. Of course there have been great results and not so great. I have tried eating around 1500 calories a day and exercise. Somehow I have managed to gain weight and not loose any. The only real thing that has worked in the past is not eating. However this caused health problems. I am not sure where to go from here. Any advice I get will be appreciated.

Advise
I have been eating very little and always 500 calories below my rest caloric rate. I am still not loosing any weight. I jog, and have even went a couple days with out eating at all. Not sure what to do next, any advise would be welcome.
