Frozen Meals Anyone???

Twice a month I have a Healthy Choice Smoked apple chicken panini.
Boy frozen foods have sure come a long way baby. That panini is delicious.

I'm trying to cut down on processed foods - so I don't want to do it too often.

My Own Diet

They say the only diet that works is the one you can stick with.
If this plan fits the bill for you ... go for it.

I have a large appetite and eat six times a day.
Consequently I'm losing slowly. And that's OK with me.

Right now my steps average a bit over 6,000. Not too good.

Too much time sitting on the computer chair. Rolling Eyes
