Question: carbs in 'free' foods
Induction newbie here. Carefully tracking all my foods. A number of carbs (and net carbs) are showing in my daily totals from "Free Foods" such as hard boiled eggs and butter. How should I handle these? Include as part of my 15-20 carbs per day? At this rate, I won't have any carbs left over for green vegetables? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!Wink
