I did Strong Lifts A yesterday. Slowly but surely building up :)

Weigh-in: 281.0 lb

lost so far: 27.0 lb

still to go: 81.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

I did Strong Lifts A yesterday and I felt good after lifting. I was sick last week, so I did not lift for a week, I didn't loose any progress, so that is cool :)

Weigh-in: 282.0 lb

lost so far: 26.0 lb

still to go: 82.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

Did Strong lifts B today. Had to extend by rest period between sets on overhead press from 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds. Did not have to extend for squats or deadlifts. Saturday will be 6 full weeks lifting. Feels good :)

Played hockey last night, we lost in overtime :(
