Did Strong lifts B today. Had to extend by rest period between sets on overhead press from 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds. Did not have to extend for squats or deadlifts. Saturday will be 6 full weeks lifting. Feels good :)
284.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
