Well, I have had one more successful weekly weigh-in. I am so close to the goal that I have set, keeping in mind when I started this Program, my first goal was 150 and then later, 140. Now, I'm pushing for 28% body fat, which will be achieved at about 131 pounds, thus the Fat Secret goal of 130.
I am sharing this success, because for the past 40 years, I have been anywhere from 160 - 245 pounds. This Ideal Protein program have been so successful, I just have to rejoice! It is really strict but it is livable and doable. Yep, takes some determination, but when the scale drops every single week, that leads to significant weight loss and SUCCESS!
Good luck with today. Take each day as it comes. I had a tough Sunday, but eating off protocol never entered my mind. I kept my eating routines as normal and pushed through the rough day.
