last day TOM..thank god didnt gain any weight after my bread feast last week..bloating all gone and ive lost more cms ..can see it in my clothes..

first day TOM..that explains the freakin scale..not going to record weigh in until im done...have to keep drinking lemon with water for bloating..

what the h....ll! scale 58.2!!hate the f..ckin digital scale..i gained 1 1/2 kilos in two days from binging on bread? must be since i weighed myself on sunday at barbeque party(my friend insisted..she thinks i lost too much weight)..and it showed 56.8 even after i ate like a horse and drank like 1/2 liter of wine..we have the same scale..and this morning i almost flipped..thats it..here i go again..whatever i lost in a month a gained in 2 days..either im expecting my period any day now..that explained my carb binging..or my body gains weight if i eat more than 1200 per day.. i started running again tdy..went early in the morning.. .

went away for weekend..was invited to barbeque...ate and drank to my hearts content.. did major cleaning in country house..threw away lots of junk..i will work it off this week ..will not weigh myself till wed...
