weight this morning FINALLY BROKE THE 60 MARK AGAIN!!lets see if i can go down to 57 again...miracles do happen..

ate and drank to much over easter weekend ..came back yesterday morning and went strait to work...not that much overeating on food but sweets,icecream..and alot of wine..not going to weigh myself .all ready know ive gained ..im bloated and me clothes fit funny..detox week..from today..no wine, or sweets ...minimum carbs.. and have to start working out again..havent worked out since monday..

first day TOM weight was 60.2 so that means i have water weight and weight should be less when im done...not recording weight yet since i dont know actual weight when days are finished.

weight makes no sense..my clothes fit loose compared to what scale says..have been eating more than i should to loose weight but not so much to gain..whats with that!! ..i exercise regularly ..dont eat JUNK!!!so i eat bran flakes or cereal when i want something sweet..dont eat the whole box just a bowl..baby size..maybe its just a lost cause..i need to eat less than 1000cal to loose..thats the only way..this is what doesnt make sense,,i have a calorie deficit every day some days alot some days alittle..why am i gaining weight?..is it maybe because im pre menapause??i already have symptoms..GONNA STARVE MYSELF AGAIN!!! thats it less than 1000 every day..
