Stuck
Hi I am doing atkins and have not lost weight in a week or so. I am still on induction and can not seem to move the scale. Any suggestions. I am definitely going to be more diligent with my tracking although I have kept my carbs where they should be.

Hi,

I have lost about 6 pounds and am into week 2. I have not lost in the the past couple of days....should i be seeing a loss every day?
