Tired, tired, tired
By not treating your body right it will turn on you quickly so make sure you're eating complex carbs with some fruit/dairy before any cardio and lean protein within 30 minutes after weight training. Take rest days, your body needs to recover from the exercise and by not allowing it to do so you are setting yourself up for an injury. Be nice to yourself and think about how you feel and then go with it

Spin class and aching feet
Maybe try actuall spin shoes, the hard bottoms really allow your feet to stay stable. Also make sure your cleats on the shoes are properly positioned for your stance.
