I was totally out of commission over the weekend. Stomach/groin was in ridiculous pain from Thursday evening - Sunday morning. Hard time walking, getting up after laying down, etc. Not sure what it is and afraid of what I am thinking it is. Either a hernia or strained groin. I am hoping it is more a strained groin? I will say this, I am feeling MUCH better now though. I was even able to golf on Sunday morning without any major pain, especially at follow through.
Anyone experience this or have any idea? I am leaning towards a strain because after two full days it seems much better, about 90-95% better.
It just sucks that I was out for that long without getting to the gym (3 days in a row, ugh!).

Okay, did my biometric...it was not where I was hoping it would be BUT it was not where I was:
Overall Cholesterol - 217
HDL - 61
LDL - 133
Triglyceride - 113
Soooo, yea overall its higher but due to my HDL being high my risk factor is still in good range. I still need to get my LDL lower though. I do however still am determined to gain some mass so it is a tough balance here.
Also, going to try to get back to listing my workouts out not only for my own historical sake BUT maybe it will help spark creativity for others! Anyways here goes:

Restrained from eating to my RDI, I have to fast for a biometric test and cholesterol check at work. Have not had one in over a year so I am hoping I do well and have at least maintained what has pushed me to be where I am at. So we shall see...
