Hi all!
My names Gemma, im 20 years old and I found this site/app while browsing through the app market on my phone. It is called calorie counter on my phone though not fatsecret.
I had a health check on Thursday and was weighed in at 73kg and have a height of 163cm/5"4 which makes my BMI 27.5 and 12kg overweight.
So this is where it all begins! Im setting myself to 1600 calories a day as I find it hard to fit vital exercise in everyday.
Im quite happy with the barcode aspect of the app as it means I can quickly scan it and add to my diary easily
