Hi, I'm... well, call me frootbat :) I'm 5'5, starting out at 235ish pounds, and looking to lose about 100 pounds. I'm 36 and actually lost about 200 pounds two years ago-- in a divorce. :)

I suffer from a lot of things that partially cause fatness and that can partially be cured by losing weight: depression, anxiety, hypothyroidism, edema in my ankles, HBP, sleep issues. My bad cholesterol is creeping up, but fortunately my blood sugar tests have never been even remotely worrisome.

I read a lot about what is in the foods that are on the supermarket shelves and that has made choosing a healthier lifestyle a lot easier. We still eat some sodium/chemical laden food products (hamburger helper!), but we try to keep it to a minimum. In the past year I've quit smoking and drinking both alcohol and pop.

Please feel free to add me as a buddy! I would love to both give and get encouragement. :)

What is Fat Secret Missing?
I'd like it if we had more options of things to track in our food diary nutrition facts, and the option to carry that information over to our diet calendar. I would particularly like to be able to track saturated fat and potassium more easily.
