When switching from regular to sugar free Metamucil, note that fewer heaping teaspoons of the orange powder should be used. Please don't ask how I found out.

Fat Secrets calorie counter rocks! When I go out on a business lunch, I know that calories are racking up, but entering the foods (or as close as I can get to the foods) I ate hammers home how flippin' much most Americans (including myself) eat at a single business lunch sitting. I see a steamed veggie dinner in my near future.

Ok, OK. I am eating less so I am not gaining weight. I am not eating enough less to lose weight. This next week I will cut back the calories and the unnecessary extra servings.
