Fat Secrets calorie counter rocks! When I go out on a business lunch, I know that calories are racking up, but entering the foods (or as close as I can get to the foods) I ate hammers home how flippin' much most Americans (including myself) eat at a single business lunch sitting. I see a steamed veggie dinner in my near future.

I know what you mean. Even when you order the healthiest thing on the menu and leave some food on your plate, the calories are still higher than they would be at home. I don't really enjoy eating out anymore :(
