Juggling is not the way to do things. I am making an effort to move back to being organized and creating balance among all the things I do and am responsible for....OR BUST!

Feeling good. Not snacking. Just eating three squares a day. Soup is the answer this week for Dinner. And, bringing half sandwiches and veggies and berries to work to eat for lunch.

With the Metamucil fiasco behind me. I am back on track again. I am not losing weight as fast as I would like, but who does? As my work load at work gets completed, I will have more time to excercise. And, the weight will begin to melt away like snow in the the Spring time.
