routine exercise program and priorities of that nature. 3 grown children, spouse and two dogs. I'm an emotionally carb eater also; that doesn't help; now, I'm trying to cut carbs and try adding some protein snacks

Creating recipe
Sad Does this site still use the 'creating a recipe form"?
I love this part of the site; because you get the nutritional information. After creating the recipe; it shows; but, I am not able to print off recipe, says awaiting approval. Many of my recipes are still pending from a long time ago. I think I can print those; but not, the
recipe when created.

Anyone eating for diabetic reasons?
I was just diagnosed with pre-diabetes also. I don't have a blood sugar tester until my november appointment, hopefully; but, asked to have my A1c done. so my understanding is, for breakfast no refined carbs, but steel ground oatmeal with a raw apple, cooked and freeze individual portions, or can thaw overnight in refrigerator; need maybe a tsp of brown sugar only and milk You need the grains also for fiber. Hard boiled eggs are convenient for breakfast. As Mr. tommy suggests the better carbs; are slow in increasing your blood sugars; and help for hunger
