I'm Amanda and I've been overweight for pretty much my whole life. When I was in 7th and 8th grade I was a normal weight for my height, but since I was young I didn't realize this and started binge eating the summer after 8th grade. Since then, I've consistently gained 10 pounds per year. Two years ago, I went through an extreme depression period and gained 20 pounds during that one year.
I'm currently 260 pounds and my end goal weight is to be 160 pounds. 100 pounds to lose is an overwhelming goal, so I've decided to focus on 20 pounds at a time.
For my first 20 pounds, I am doing the 17 day diet. My reward for completing this goal will be getting highlights for my hair :)
