Hi all my name is Bill.
I live in AZ and have lived her most my life. I am happily married for 14 years with three children. I was a long distance runner and diver in high school and weighed 165 when I graduated. At about the age of 22 I started putting a little weight each year slowly. Then I got into the computer field in my mid 20's which put me behind a desk most of the time. Combine that with horrible eating habits and enjoying the weekend beers and at 41 I was up to 275 lbs.
My wife has over the years been very supportive, and has suggested something like Weight Watchers to try to slim down, but not in a negative way. I always told he the only way I would lose weight and keep it off would be a change of lifestyle and unhealthy habits.
In early May of 2010 I was watching a few documentaries on Netflix and realized the health risks I was putting myself into. Add to that I had 3 kids that I wanted to do stuff with (Skiing, Sports,Hiking, etc)that due to my weight I was not able to do.
So on May 8th I made the decision to change my life. I decide to go on the HCG diet to get my weight back to healthy standard. My goal is to get and maintain somewhere in the 200-220 range this year. So far things are looking good, and I am feeling better than I have in years.
Too be continued......
Will be starting Phase three of HCG in next weekend. To continue to maintain and possible loose a few lbs I plan on staying on the following course to try to get down to my 200 lb goal.
Calories = 1500
1/2 hour - 1 hour moderate exercise (elliptical)
We will see how that goes.
