Weigh-in at TOPS tomorrow. I'm reasonably excited but also a little nervous. I stepped up my exercise a little so I'm a little nervous about putting on muscles and showing a slight gain. I really, really, really want to get down to 235 by the end of the year. I need to see a 2lb weight loss tomorrow. Even though I had to have a little thickburger from Hardee's and McDonalds fries on Sat. My weight calendar showed a loss so hopefully I'll see it on the scale. I lost a 1.50lbs the week of Thanksgiving and was so proud of myself. I moderated my meals and did a little more exercise to compensate for higher calorie foods I don't normally eat. Many of my friends tell me to keep up the good work and stay on track. I'm really determined this time to make permanent lifestyle changes and to lose the weight and keep it off!!!!!
