150 reports of suicidal ideation associated with semiglutide type drugs -
glp1 agonists. These drugs are being investigated in Europe. (Ozempic, wagovy etc.)

Lowered my daily calories a bit, and now I'm seeing steadier losses, bit by bit. @1400 C.

I've been fighting off a UTI this week, which has caused a couple of near-sleepless nights due to the discomfort. I tried home remedies, but resorted to the antibiotic. This has turned it around and I'm recuperating, and looking forward to normal energy again. I did dust off my street bike yesterday for a two mile ride. short, but a start. My eating has been on point, and I'm losing weight again.

I did some hard yard work yesterday. I went to an annual physical. I was in pretty ragged shape: a UTI, wide-spread poison ivy, and due to the previous two, really poor sleep. My glucose level was a bit high, no doubt due to the body stress. My lipid numbers are not in yet, but I'm watching for them, online. Carry on, my friends!
