I tend to be an emotional eater I do allow myself some naughty days. I have tried Weight Watchers before and lost 36 lbs. So I know calorie counting would be my weight loss route. I love to work out but at the moment lack motivation. Hopefully having to log my meals and participating in challenges will help me incorporate the gym back to my routine. I need to loose the weight since it is causing me back problems and muscle spasms. I am also Hispanic so eating healty around my family is sometimes a huge challenge. Being around family especially around my nephew means extra cookies, cakes and other junk food easly accessible. Thank goodness my nephew loves to eat my healthy options.
This is a great way for me to feel better about myself since I am teaching him to eat healthy and helping my self too.
