Every day. Apparentely its no good. But I can not help it.

I just had a By pass surgery on Feb 27th and now I'm on a calories counting to try to loose a lot of weight.

	1 small patty Ground Veal or Patty
	2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
	1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
	Dance (slow step)
	Walking (slow) - 2/mph
	Dance (fast step, aerobic)
