Getting started
It's almost the new year and with recent bloodwork results and suggestions by my physician, it's time to get healthy. Not waiting until the 1st even tho I will not stick to my diet on that day, I will go to the gym and work it hard. I have started with no bread, pasta, rice, etc. as I'm a huge carb eater. Will be waiting for the withdrawals in about 3 days. I am choosing my carbs carefully and my good fats. Got a long way to go, but I need to do this for my granddaughter and son, but most of all ME!
