Had meatloaf.Hard to calculate calories or carbs..mostly beef and a few crackers...need to do protein 3x a day...back on following Atkins...this one meal a day does not work...maybe 3 protein shakes and some chicken...need to loose 20 pounds in 3 weeks...doable...not fun at all.I added Green tea with hoodia capsules and alfalfa tabs yesterday...

Boy do carbs add up fast,,small pork chop and broccoli but had to have a biscuit and carrot cake...but still looks like 1 pound lost,barely...
Kind of feel like I have a little carb fog this morning...well 15 days with little to none carbs could be the answer..ya think?...

yummy chicken salad, chicken and 2 tbls mayo and onion and celery-1 cup and alittle more...about 14 pounds lost in so many days..doing good but need to eat protein 3xaday to kick weight loss...clothes fit better but still not happy at 191....concentrate and no cheating for this girl..Maui on the 19th..

on the 24th a large baked chicken breast and asparagus, nothing else...about 191 this morning but hard to tell if 192 or 191..will continue to concentrate on protein more then carbs...slow going but feeling better and clothes looser...
